Q: Is there a cost to see Spirit of America?
A: Spirit of America is a FREE program, however tickets are required. For ticketing information, please visit the Ticketing page.

Q: Is there a video of the performance available?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to provide a video of the show due to copyright restrictions.

Q: Is there a limit on the quantity of tickets I can order?
A: There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be ordered. For orders of 10 or more, please visit the Ticketing page for more information.

Q: Is there reserved seating available?
A: There are no reserved seats, seating is open and available on a first come, first served basis.

Q: When will the arena doors open?
A: Doors will open 90 minutes prior to all performances.

Q: How long is the show?
A: Generally, the show is 2 hours long including a 15-minute intermission.

Q: Will I be able to purchase food and drinks at the arena?
A: Yes. Concession stands will be open for food and beverages.

Q: Is the Friday morning performance for local schools only?
A: The 10:30 a.m. show attracts many schools, but anyone can attend.

Q: Is this show recommended for children?
A: The show is recommended for ages 10 and up. Simulated gunfire may make it inadvisable for younger children.

Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: Tickets ordered by mail should arrive by mail within two weeks of the show date. Please contact the appropriate arena with any ticket issues.

Q: Can I use Friday night tickets for the Saturday afternoon performance?
A: Tickets are only good for the show date and time requested, however you may request tickets for desired show at the Box Office upon your arrival.

Q: If I place an order and realize I need more tickets; can I order more?
A: Yes. If you should need additional tickets, submit another order form for the additional tickets only or call the Arena Box Office.

Q: Is there seating available for patrons in wheelchairs/handicap?
A: Accessible seating is readily available throughout the arenas. Please arrive early to allow enough time to access the seating areas. Please see the Ticketing page for more details about requesting accessible seating.

Q: Are there any accommodations for the hearing-impaired?
A: The arena will provide a sign language interpreter at all performances.

Q: When will you begin taking ticket orders?
A: Normally group ticket reservations begin in May. Individual ticket requests will begin July 1. Please see the Ticketing page for more details.
